Scottish Highland Cow Experience
in Church Hill, Tennessee
Pull up a chair. Meet the girls.
At Faith Farm, you can sip fresh-brewed coffee, enjoy a homemade cinnamon roll, and spend the morning with Reba, Dolly, and Jolene — three Scottish Highland cows with more personality than most people you know.
This is Coffee with Cows. And there's nothing else quite like it in East Tennessee.
A Highland Cow Experience Unlike Anything in East Tennessee
You'll walk into the barn to find bistro tables set under warm chandelier lighting, coffee house music playing, and the smell of a fresh cinnamon roll waiting for you. Then the girls come out.
Reba, Dolly, and Jolene are Scottish Highland cows — big, fluffy, and genuinely friendly. You'll get up close, pet them, and spend real time with them. No rushing. No crowds. Just a quiet morning on a 22-acre farm with some of the most photogenic animals in Tennessee.

A Tennessee Farm
Rooted in Purpose
Faith. Family. Farming. Rooted in Purpose.
Sarah Mansfield bought this 22-acre farm in Church Hill three years ago with one goal: share it with people. She named it Faith Farm after her grandmother. She and her daughters Adrianna and Lexie run every acre of it themselves.
Faith Farm is home to horses, Highland cows, miniature donkeys, Nigerian dwarf goats, and more — all cared for by Sarah, her daughters, and her grandchildren.
When she went to pick up Reba and Dolly, she couldn't leave Jolene behind. So she brought all three home. The rest took care of itself.
